HAVU Kettu backcountry skis were designed with two key things in mind – longer adventures and downhill performance. After meticulous testing in snowy forests and hills around our factory we could not be more pleased with their overall performance. Thanks to the optimized skin area at the base they are really quick and effortless to ski longer distances, and so much fun on the descents that you’ll want to make telemark turns down every hill you can find! The new era of traditional wooden skis!

Constructed like our Eco-friendly skis meaning they have a full wood core, wood surface coated with highly durable matte varnish, metal edges and recycled base material. 60% of the materials are natural. Unique look, low weight, high quality and durability with minimal harm for the planet!

Kettu skis are sold with pre-installed easy to use adjustable Universal Bindings for 36-45 size shoes or Rottefella NNN BC Magnum bindings.

Wood core makes it also possible to install almost any type of ski bindings you like on Kettu skis.

Carefully tested and handcrafted in Finland.
