Payment methods

Online store products and fees are paid when making the order.  

Shipping times

Products are shipped within 1-5 business days. This only when products are in stock. If they are not feel free to contact us and ask for delivery time. Havu Snow is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or other third parties. 

Shipping costs and methods

Deliveries in Finland are done by Posti. Bigger packages like skis are delivered by Matkahuolto. Orders over 200€ are shipped free of charge with coupon code FREESHIPP1NG. (excluding skis)

To other areas deliveries are done with GLS or Posti. Please note customs fees outside EU. Customs fees are always answered by customer.

Returns and exchanges

The customer has the right for 14 days returns from the day of receiving the product. In case of returning the customer must contact us. The return must be done according the instructions given by Havu Snow. The product must be unused and in same condition you received it. If the product is used (including skis that have been mounted with bindings), it will not be possible to return it. If you are dissatisfied with the product, contact us and we‘ll try to find the best way to sort things out.  

If the product is tailor made or has some kind of visible customization on it, it primarily has no right of return. However if you are dissatisfied with the customized product, contact us and we‘ll try to find the best way to sort things out. 

To complete your return you must attach in the email the following info:  Order number, name, address, email, phone number and copy of the order confirmation.

Money will be refunded when the return is admitted. After 14 days we no longer accept returns. Original shipping costs of the order will be deducted from the refund. 

Faulty products

We make sure that every product we sell leaves our workshop in top condition. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping or a wrong product is shipped please contact us at havu.skis@gmail.com

Our products have limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear or misuse of products. Products that have damages caused by rails or any other use do not have warranty. The following damages are excluded from our warranty cover: Misuse, abuse, neglect or defect/damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance. Landing on rocks, stumps, rails or anything else than snow. Scratches, chips or damage from ski-to-ski contact on top sheets or bases. Damage as a result of falling. Rust, fading or other cosmetic issues arising after having used the skis. Improper mounting or adjusting of bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski.

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions before ordering. 

As we are a small company we are not liable for VAT. This means that we do not include VAT to our prices and it is not shown on our receipts. 

All customer communication will be handled confidentially and is only used for processing the order.
